Kick-off - travel: Given that the signing of the GA remains pending, and also taking into account potential uncertainties, please book your travel on a fully refundable basis wherever possible. Note: Rules for entry to the UK have now changed – all travellers need, as a minimum, an ETA to enter the UK. The ETA must be secured in advance of travel. Please find here an application link. Kick-off - accommodation: City centre accommodation in Coventry, like most cities, can be a bit variable. For your guidance, hotels which we regularly suggest to visitors include: • IBIS Coventry Centre (Mile Lane) - the hotel closest to the meeting venue • Coventry Premier Inn (Belgrade Plaza) in the city centre - usually cheapest • We also received a discounted rate from the Telegraph Hotel, Coventry City Centre (through word-of-mouth recommendation): £139.00 bed and breakfast per night. The rate is flexible; guests can cancel up to 2 pm the day before arrival free of charge. Guests will be required to pay on arrival; however, a card will be required to confirm and secure the reservation.
